Yes, the place is noisy because of improper buildings insulation.

The place I lived for a year. Noises everywhere, no privacy, worst customer service and expensive. I heard every word of my neighbors. Children are banging everywhere. No sleep. Parties until 3am by students and next to the stadium, worst place ever. One of my neighbors was a student in Music Faculty, I was forced to hear Beethoven day and night. I wouldn't advise anyone to rent in this place.

A good clean older theatre which generally shows independant films. I highly recommend taking in a film there. The popcorn is really good.
  • O'Neil Tower, JonMartin wrote 16 years ago:
I lived here in 1998 to about 2002. They upgraded the kitchen, all windows & sliding balcony door while I was there. It was a bit expensive, but they seemed to invest back into the building at least. It's right next to the LRT, but that station has had some shady people hanging out there in the last few years. The pool is outdoors and except for a couple months of use is practically not worth mentioning.

I lived here. They threatened me with eviction many times if I didn't take my Canadian Flag off my balcony. The rent is high and they're obviously not patriotic. The rent went crazy high while I was living there $1225/month for a 2 bedroom in 2008.

You are lucky because you have a freeway and interchanges not traffic lights. You would die in winnipeg!
