Center Street Bridge,

Also known as the Lions Gate Bridge. 4 Lion statues, 2 on each side protect Calgary. The original statues were given by the Queen, however they became eroded and were replaced by replicas. City hall had a small embarassment when the replicas they touted as unbreakable eroded even faster then the originals. The 4 original statues were restored, 3 are in storage, the other you can see at City Hall.
There is a lower deck to this bridge, two lanes going North and South. There is not much room on this bridge so driver beware!

Opened on Mothers Day 2001. Safeway used to have a location on the other side of the mall where Chili's and Aveda now sit. The old store used to be owned by Dominion. Thankfully taken down as there was a very large mice problem!

The hill can be dangerous in the tube that has been eroded. Many rocks and cliffs on the way down. Best taken on a crazy carpet if at all!
